The ELAP Database is Closed for the Annual Refresh
(7/15/26) The extended learning afterschool program (ELAP) database is closed to prepare for PY26-27. The database will reopen August 10th*. Project Directors can then begin certifying grantee project and site(s) information. PDs must log in and certify active sites before any other data can be entered. Keep an eye out for our newly updated Site Certification Guide, available soon in the online Resource Center.

Extended State Assessment Data Quality Check
The submission date for state assessment data from PY25-26 has been extended until August 31, 2026. After the Annual Refresh, you will be able to enter PY25-26 State Assessment scores by using the Program Year toggle in the upper left side of the assessments data entry screen.
