The ELAP Database is Closed for the Annual Refresh (7/15/26) The extended learning afterschool program (ELAP) database is closed to prepare for PY26-27. The database will reopen August 10th*. Project Directors can then begin certifying grantee project
The State Assessment Data Quality Check has been extended until August 30, 2025. Please enter state assessment data as it becomes available for your organization but refrain from doing so
Due to the release of TN Ready State Assessment Scores, the data entry deadline to enter the 2022-23 SA scores for current students has been extended to FRIDAY JULY 14.
