Important Dates for the 2025 - 2026 Program Year

Important To Note:

  • The Annual Refresh will occur from July 15th through mid-August
    • Grantees will be unable to access the ELAP database during this time.  
    • Once the Refresh is over, Grantees will be notified via our website and a User News post. 
  • Download the Important Dates schedule
  • Download the SWORPS Office Hours schedule
