Important To Note:

  • The Annual Refresh will occur from July 15th through mid-August
    • Grantees will be unable to access the ELAP database during this time.  
    • Once the Refresh is over, Grantees will be notified via our website and a User News post.

    Important Notice: Annual Refresh

    All ELAP users are notified that the ELAP database will be closed for the Annual Refresh beginning **July 15** and will remain unavailable until **mid-August**. If you have questions or require assistance, contact the **Help Desk**.
