ELAP Annual Refresh and Preparing for the New Program Year
As a reminder, the ELAP database is closed until August 7th. User accounts cannot be updated and data for the 2023 – 2024 program year cannot be entered. Despite this, you can still get a jumpstart on preparing for the new year.

Due to the release of TN Ready State Assessment Scores, the data entry deadline to enter the 2022-23 SA scores for current students has been extended to FRIDAY JULY 14. Please use the following text to explain that the data is not “unavailable” but rather “not applicable.” Please replace the gray highlighted text with the number of students from the identified ELAP report before pasting in the text.
