Student Survey Season
To inform ongoing quality improvement efforts, the Tennessee Department of Education (TDOE) has requested that UT SWORPS conduct a student survey. The survey is being administered with all extended learning programs across the state. The following consent documents must be completed by the families and returned to the Extended Learning Program
